Summary0000801: [Eagle][BFX-AT100] connection problem to an external HDD on smart3.

we already talked about this issue.
for accelerating I move here.

External Model : IPTIMEHDD3125 /
 LG XPRESS XE2.

if you get this model, please check it.

we already asked to skb manager about your question.

1. use another usb stick/HDD to check if usb port works well or not.
 --> it is ok in other STB box.
2. check if user uses Eagle's adapter
 --> don't receive yet. but I guess it uses Eagle's adapter
3. use another Eagle box to check if USB external HDD works well or not
 --> SKB user only have one box, if need it, I will ask it to SKB Manager again.
4. if it is possible, please get log files for reference
P.S. Eagle box support USB3.0 standard with max. 900mA output. If the external HDD need more than 900mA, there will be a problem

We check above External HDD device.
Both devices has USB 3.0 micro B type in HDD side.
Is there any restrictiction to use this ?

we receive a feeback from skb user.
 SKB user can connect with FAT32 file system of HDD. Does Eagle box only support for FAT32 file system in sw side? How about extFAT, NTFS...?
